Stephanie of Nethyrwode
Stephanie of Nethyrwode was born into comfortable minor nobility in England in the late 1300s. Her parents had a passion for books, and nurtured her interests in the arts of illumination and calligraphy. The local abbey invited her to learn and polish these arts as a laywoman, while at the same time her mother trained her in estate management. For several years she ran her family's small estate, augmented the family coffers by taking on commissions for books of hours, and provided scribal services to other local nobles.
As an older spinster, she unexpectedly caught the eye of an Irish-born privateer who would shortly be granted Arms and a Knighthood by the King and Queen of Meridies. Stephanie married Sir Griffin O'Suaird shortly thereafter and they relocated to Meridies to take up the reins of his new estate. She has since been granted Arms and Peerage in her own right by the Crown. A few years later, the Crown expanded Griffin's and Stephanie's holdings and raised them to the status of Court Baronage.
Stephanie continues her managing ways overseeing the Wayfarer estates within the Shire of Glaedenfeld. She stays busy with ongoing illumination projects, various other artistic endeavors, and riding herd on her and Sir Griffin's increasingly large household of rambunctious associates.

Ysabel de Saincte Croix
The daughter of a well-to-do merchant and a lady of a lower noble house, the Honorable Lady Ysabel de Saincte Croix was raised in southern France in the city of Toulouse. Having lost her mother at an early age, Ysabel's father doted on her and denied her nothing. However, tragedy struck when her older brother was murdered by a band of Spanish deserters. From that moment on, her father was consumed with the desire for revenge. He began to distribute goods stolen from Spanish galleons by privateers in service to King Henri II. Ysabel followed her father everywhere, learning what she could about his trade, making contacts from all European countries, and secretly training in the Arte of Defense as a means of protecting herself. During her travels, Ysabel met and fell in love with a bold pirate, much to her father's chagrin. They married and eventually took over her father's business. Secretly financed by Henri IV's stolen Spanish goods, the couple also set up a school of defense, focusing on the Italian style.
Mundanely, she is an English and French teacher and mother of three. She loves all things French and anything having to do with history. She also sews and tinkers with a rapier from time to time.

Later, Corbin served aboard a privateer vessel during the Spanish occupation of Calais. Following his time on the sea, he met and married a merchant's daughter from southern France and is currently working to build his own School of Fence.

Jaye, Ruth, and Jamie Lee of Goodlett
Jaye of Goodlett and his lovely wife Ruth and daughter Jamie Lee are recent returning crusaders after many years in the Holy Land. They are childhood sweet hearts that ran away from two pending, pre-arranged marriages. They were married on the way to the Holy Land by the Popes own personal representative, Bishop Argyle of Winchester. Living in the Kingdom of Jerusalem, they survived many minor battles and adventures. While not "official" Templar Knights, they worked closely in support of these soldiers of Christ.
Jaye worked in the Templar shops to repair armor and sharpen weapons (joining occasional Templar Patrol or pilgrim escort when the opportunity came up to earn a few extra coins for the dangerous work) while Ruth served as a seamstress and occasional bread baker to the Order during their time there. They now wear the clothes of simple merchants and craftsmen, showing off their plaid now and then, to preserve the memory of their beloved Clan Stewart from the days of their youth. They continue to honor their friends in the Temple Order by wearing a white tabard and cross for formal occasions or in time of battle, although they wear a red cross floury of their own design. Jaye and Ruth have returned to claim a small piece of land that was held in trust for them, by Connell Abby in Goodlett, until their return, after it was deeded over to them by the last remaining heir on his death bed, following the last out break of spotted fever a few years ago. They now live in the brick and stone manor house near the north end of Gates Road in Goodlett. Jaye and his family brought back many strange and unusual items from the Holy Land and their long travels, and they enjoy trading and selling unique items and rare books when the occasion presents its self.
Jamie Lee (14) was born just outside Jerusalem and grew up with a love of the arts. She is quite learned in the fields of mathematics and can read and write in a very accomplished fashion as well. She is currently studying watercolor painting with Sir Marion of Cook.
Mundanely, Jay works for the Goodlettsville Police Department. Ruth is an Administrative Assistant. Jay and Family have been attending SCA events off and on, since the early 1990s when fighter practice was still held on Russell Street in Nashville. As a family they enjoy performing Comedy Magic Shows, cooking, sewing, craft projects, antique cars, woodworking, armor and mail making, watching movies and attending Connell United Methodist Church.
